Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content generated and activity that occurs under your account.

You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

We use OAuth authentication through trusted providers (Google, Apple, Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication provider account.

Our Services use a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in packages and used to generate images, videos, audio, and other AI-powered content.

All credit purchases are final. Because credits represent immediate access to compute-intensive AI services, we cannot offer refunds once credits are purchased.

If you are on a team plan, the team owner is responsible for payment and credit management. Team members can use credits allocated by the team owner.

If our system makes an error in your favor (for example, crediting your account incorrectly), we reserve the right to correct that error, but we'll always communicate with you first.

We'll never charge you for something you didn't order. If you're ever charged incorrectly, let us know and we'll work to fix it.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit costs, free usage quotas, and payment models at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on the website or within these Terms. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We may offer free access to certain features, including a limited number of image generations or credits ("Free Usage"). Such free usage is subject to a fair use policy intended to prevent abuse and ensure service availability for all users.

We reserve the right to define, enforce, modify, or remove usage limits, quotas, or restrictions at any time, including but not limited to limits per user, per account, per email address, or per time period.

Excessive, abusive, or abnormal usage — including automated usage, attempts to bypass limits, or usage that significantly exceeds normal individual behavior — may result in temporary or permanent restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Services, without refund.

Any free credits, free image generations, or free usage quotas are provided at our sole discretion. Free usage quotas may reset periodically (for example, monthly) and may expire if unused.

We do not guarantee the availability, duration, or amount of any free usage. Free quotas may be reduced, modified, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

Users may not create or use multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits, free quotas, pricing, or other restrictions.

We reserve the right to detect and take action against such behavior, including account suspension or termination, even if each account appears individually compliant.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in cases of abuse, violation of fair use limits, or attempts to bypass usage restrictions, as described in these Terms.

You are free to stop using our Services at any time. You can delete your account through your settings page.

All of your generated content will be inaccessible from the Services immediately upon account cancellation. Within 30 days, all content will be permanently deleted from active systems. Backups may remain in our systems for up to 60 days.

If you want to export your generated content before cancellation, you can download your creations at any time while your account is active.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our Services for any reason at any time. Suspension means you and any other users on your account will not be able to access the account. Termination will furthermore result in the deletion of your account and all content within it. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We have the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period. We'll give you advance notice if this applies to you.

We make a promise to our customers to support our Services as long as we're in business. That means when it comes to security, privacy, and customer support, we will continue to maintain any legacy Services. Sometimes it becomes technically impossible to continue a feature or we redesign a part of our Services because we think it could be better or we decide to close new signups of a product.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our Services with or without notice. We'll always try to give you advance notice of major changes.

AI models and capabilities may change or be updated over time. We'll always strive to improve the quality and capabilities of our AI services, but some generated outputs may vary as models evolve.

We take many measures to protect and secure your data through backups, redundancies, and encryption. When you use our Services, you entrust us with your data. We take that trust to heart. You agree that Reflet may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.

We use third-party AI service providers to power our generation capabilities. These providers process your prompts and inputs to generate your requested content. We choose our providers carefully and ensure they meet high standards for privacy and security.

Your generated content is stored securely in cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your files.

Each party agrees to handle the other party's data in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and to take reasonable measures to keep data secure.

Your generated content. You retain all rights to the content you generate using our Services. We don't claim any ownership over your prompts, inputs, or generated outputs.

However, AI-generated content may have complex copyright implications. We cannot provide legal advice on the copyright status of AI-generated content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws.

Our content. All other content on our Services (including the website design, text, graphics, and software) is owned by Reflet and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of our Services without express written permission.

Reference images. When you upload reference images to our Services, you confirm that you have the right to use those images. You are responsible for ensuring your reference images don't violate others' intellectual property rights.

We design our Services with care, based on our own experience and the experiences of users who share their time and feedback. However, there is no such thing as a service that pleases everybody. We make no guarantees that our Services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

AI-generated content can be unpredictable. While we strive to provide high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every generation will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on your prompts, reference images, and the AI models used.

We also test all of our features extensively before shipping them. As with any software, our Services inevitably have some bugs. We track the bugs reported to us and work through priority ones. Not all reported bugs will get fixed and we don't guarantee completely error-free Services.

We mention liability throughout these Terms but to put it all in one section:

You expressly understand and agree that Reflet shall not be liable, in law or in equity, to you or to any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, lost profits, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to these Terms or the Services, whether as a breach of contract, tort (including negligence whether active or passive), or any other theory of liability.

This means: use our Services at your own risk. They are provided "as is" and we aren't making any promises about them. When you use our Services, you agree that Reflet is not liable for damages from your use of them.

If you do have a dispute with us, we'll work in good faith to resolve it. But if we can't, any dispute related to these Terms or our Services will be handled individually, not as part of a class action.

If you participate in our affiliate program, you agree to:

• Promote Reflet honestly and accurately
• Not use deceptive marketing practices or spam
• Disclose your affiliate relationship when promoting Reflet
• Comply with applicable advertising and disclosure laws

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify affiliate applications and commissions at our discretion. Commission rates and payout terms are subject to change with notice to affiliates.

Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to self-referrals, fake accounts, or abuse of the affiliate system, will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
